      @@bia-kt9hg To answer your question, the 2nd option is best. Personally, for every exercise I used a timer and proceeded once I was done with the 3 sets.

    gonna do this and additional workouts and a proper diet, but i tend to under eat sometimes but you should make sure to eat lots of protein. i also added weight in every exercise i could. day 1 - not that hard, but sweated a bit. when i woke up the next morning most of my fat was gone. day 2 - couldn't work out that much since i was traveling, but still did the 3 sets. day 3 - done, wasnt that hard and i added one set from day 2 cause i felt like i could handle it. day 4 - done, did it pretty late in the day since i was out all day. day 5 - done, its getting easier each day. every morning i see results, im pretty flat already. after eating i do gain some fat, but it disappears every morning.

      dont worry, it'll work, everyones fat loss journey is different, youve got this. try to eat more protein and go on a calorie deficit. weight exercises also help a lot. if you want more tips tell me.

      @@BRIGNAS12 don’t worry, people usually don’t see results in 4 days. You’ll probably start feeling changes in 2 weeks, start seeing changes in 4, and people start noticing changes in 8 weeks. Maybe it’ll even be earlier. I’m here if you need any help, just dont give up, it’s worth it.

      @@BRIGNAS12 don’t compare yourself to others, bodies are meant to be different. A lot of people are skinnier than you, and more people are fatter. If you want to better yourself, that’s the most important. Just because someone is skinnier or has faster results than you that doesn’t mean they’re better, and you’ll get get to a body that you want eventually. Try to love your body no matter what, fat, skinny, chubby, whatever. Once you’re comfortable in your body you’re gonna feel so much better. Bodies change, one day you could be plumier, the other you could wrap a hand around your waist. Every body is beautiful, the only thing that matters is your health.
